Therapy for Creatives

As a creative, do you feel overwhelmed with the pressure to constantly express yourself and create groundbreaking art? Working in a creative field can be stressful and challenging, whether you're creating or supporting others. As a former entertainment industry executive and artist manager, I understand the unique demands of this industry. Let's work together to identify and navigate emotional and interpersonal challenges, and find the best work/life balance for you. I use a systemic, emotion-focused approach to therapy and integrate CBT and DBT techniques when applicable.

I am a part of the the Music Industry Therapist Collective which is a global collective of clinicians with a specialized focus on providing mental health services to those within the music industry. Music Industry Therapist Collective is comprised of experts in the field, who work to address the unique challenges and stressors faced by individuals in the music community, from touring musicians to record label executives. Through one-on-one therapy sessions, group meetings, and workshops, MITC aims to promote mental wellness and provide a safe space for those who may be struggling. By recognizing the specific needs of those in the music industry, the collective is able to tailor their approach and provide targeted support to those who need it most.
